Evaluate digital tools through a Commons-Enabling Infrastructure lens. Not just "does it work?" but "who does it work for?"
A framework for evaluating whether agricultural digital tools align with the values and needs of farming communities.

Assess seed sharing agreements against ethical standards from the Wheat Workers' Code & CARE.
Build polycentric agreements for software, data, hardware, and seeds with conditional use blocks.
